Last week, Phantom Galaxies welcomed the 2nd batch of beta testers to explore new features such as the multiplayer PvE and a new Bounty Terminal. Of the many recent updates, the Bounty system has piqued the interest of many fans and blockchain gaming enthusiasts.
To answer burning questions about the new gameplay, Blowfish Studios has published a blog post explaining how Bounties work. The new Bounty Terminal is now accessible in beta via the Halberd-001 station, where players can view, accept, and track all Bounties. Each day, four Daily Bounties are available from 00:00 UTC and expire after 24 hours. Weekly Bounties will also be provided, with more details to follow.
Most of the Bounties will require players to destroy a set number of enemies and may have specific requirements in terms of location, method, and faction. Bounties are classified into 3 types: System or Planet-based, Ultimate, and Faction-based. The first one requires players to fight enemies in a specific star system or Planet region, the second requires players to fight enemies with their Ultimate Ability, and the last one requires players to defeat enemies of a certain faction. It should be noted that some Bounties may combine several variations. Depending on the challenge, certain Bounties will offer bigger prizes.
Upon completion, players will receive credit rewards. The rewards for Weekly Bounties will be obviously greater than Daily. Each Bounty will be sent by different characters from around the Canis Major Galaxy, allowing players to discover the rich lore of Phantom Galaxies.
