Peer Secures $10.5M Funding, Introduces 3D Personal Planets in Metaverse Engine

Peer Global Inc. has raised $10.5 million in a new funding round, bringing its total investment to $65.5 million. Led by The Family Office of Tommy Mai, the funding will support team expansion, AI development, and the growth of its metaverse infrastructure. 

Alongside this investment, Peer has launched 3D personal planets, allowing users to build customized social hubs within the metaverse. This feature aims to change digital interactions, providing spaces for engagement, collaboration, and exploration.

Founder Tony Tran says the platform focuses on real-world interactions rather than passive digital consumption. He positions Peer as a next-generation alternative to traditional social media.
