Paradise Tycoon has launched the first event of its Harvest Festival, called Farming Fiesta. This competition is now live and will run until November 20, 2025, at 9:59 AM UTC. While the full festival began on November 5, the Farming Fiesta officially kicked off on November 10, giving players their first chance to compete in what the team is calling their biggest in-game event to date.
The Harvest Festival will include 4 stages, each with its own mechanics and rewards. Farming Fiesta is the first of these. Players can now grow crops, earn points based on crop value, and try to top the event leaderboard. Prizes include 1.33 million $MOANI tokens, in-game wearables, NFTs, and Harvest Tickets.
What to Expect from Farming Fiesta
In Farming Fiesta, you can earn points by planting and harvesting crops on your islands. Each day's farming score adds to your total. The player with the highest score by the end of the event wins the grand prize.
Rarer crops offer more points, and Prime Crops give bonus points on top of that. These special crops can be grown with the help of new items and systems added to the game just for this event.

The grand prize for the top-scoring player includes 120,000 $MOANI tokens and several rare items. These include a full set of wearable outfits and 1,000 Harvest Festival tickets. The overall prize pool for the festival includes a total of 1.33 million $MOANI across all stages.
Farming Fiesta ends on November 20, and its results will not only determine the prize winners but also contribute to how players progress in the later stages of the festival.
New Farming Features Introduced
To support the Farming Fiesta, Paradise Tycoon has added new mechanics around farming. One of the biggest changes is the Watering Can system. Crops now need watering to grow, depending on their rarity. Common crops don't need water, while Legendary crops need to be watered 4 times.
Players can craft a Watering Can at their Crafting Station. Once made, they can refill it at a Well, a new building added to every player's island.
Fertilizer has also been introduced. This item can be used to increase the chance of growing Prime Crops. Prime Crops are upgraded versions of regular crops. They give a major boost to a player's Harvest Festival score. They also play a role in later stages of the festival, especially in cooking and crafting.

The Harvest Festival Structure
The full Harvest Festival is made up of 4 stages, each with its own gameplay and rewards. Farming Fiesta is the first of these, followed by Cooking Challenge, Cargo Run, and finally, Harvest Celebration.
After Farming Fiesta, the second event will be the Cooking Challenge. Here, you will need to donate food and drinks. Prime Consumables will offer bonus points. This event will introduce Prime versions of crafted food and a new Juice Bar building upgrade.
The third stage is Cargo Run. In this event, players must craft items and deliver them to Port Ohana. A new cargo ship area will open up, and players will get access to a new boat and a new inventory system for carrying items.
The last stage of the festival is Harvest Celebration. This will be the grand finale. It will feature surprise rewards and give players the chance to spend their Harvest Tickets on exclusive cosmetics, including a new tool reskin.
Harvest Tickets and Cosmetics
As you earn points during the Harvest Festival, you will also collect Festival Tickets. These are a free bonus for all players taking part in the event. The more points a player earns, the more tickets they'll get.
These Festival Tickets can be used in the final stage of the event to unlock unique rewards. These include cosmetics like outfits and decorations. For the first time, a special tool reskin will also be available. All of these items are expected to be one-time rewards tied to the festival.
A Quick Look at Paradise Tycoon
Paradise Tycoon is a multiplayer life sim game set in a colorful 3D tropical world. Players start on their own island, which they can customize by farming, building, and crafting. The game includes fishing, gathering, trading, and event-based competitions.
The game runs on Paradise Chain, a custom Avalanche Layer 1 network built for onchain gaming. Players don't need a crypto wallet to get started. Paradise Tycoon is free to play and is now in open beta. It's available in web browsers, on Android through the Play Store, and on iOS using TestFlight.
While the game supports both web2 and web3 players, its economy is blockchain-powered. Players can earn $MOANI, the core in-game token, by trading items, winning events, or crafting rare goods. The token's TGE took place on August 25, 2025.
Items in the game can be both NFTs and non-NFTs. Crafted goods made from rare materials can be turned into NFTs, giving them added value. These can be traded on a P2P Auction House.
Those who don't own land NFTs will start on a non-NFT island. These starter islands have limited resources, mostly in the common or rare categories. These can still be used to make low-level buildings or traded for better items.
Event Access and Participation
The Farming Fiesta is open to all players of Paradise Tycoon, whether free or premium. Anyone with access to their island can start growing crops and trying to boost their daily score.
Given the focus on crop quality and timing, players are encouraged to tend to their farm often. Prime Crops, notably, may offer the edge needed to climb the leaderboard. These crops, especially Legendary ones, not only bring in more points but also set the stage for better performance in the next event.
The Farming Fiesta also marks the first appearance of several farming tools. The Watering Can, Well, and Fertilizer are now essential parts of crop growth, and these new items will likely remain useful for the rest of the festival.
