Nyan Heroes Opens Sign-Ups for Playtest Playground & Pre-Alpha

The developers of Nyan Heroes have officially opened sign-ups for the Playtest Playground, as well as for an upcoming pre-alpha.

Anyone who is interested may still have a chance of grabbing spots for the exclusive playtest by registering using the form found in the tweet down below. By taking part in this test phase, you’ll get to enjoy a variety of mini-games, serving as a precursor to the upcoming pre-alpha that is planned to come out at some point later this year. By signing up, you’re not only getting yourself the opportunity to “experience sections of gameplay through mini games,” but also priority of playing the actual pre-alpha later this year.

Nyan Heroes is a free-to-play third-person battle royale shooter about saving cats in the world of Nekovia. The play-to-earn title will run on the Solana blockchain and according to the roadmap on the official website, an alpha version is slated for release this year as well after the pre-alpha. In the future, there are also plans to launch an in-game marketplace, a public IDO, staking for the game’s core $NYM token, and more. A cinematic trailer came out last year, while earlier this year, the developers showcased a demo at GDC 2023 to give us an early in-development look at gameplay.
