Enhancements to Crafting and Equipment Customization

Nine Chronicles is thrilled to announce major updates to the equipment system in World 7, introducing a whole new level of adventure and revolutionizing the crafting experience. Rather than following a linear growth structure with predetermined skills and stats, players will now have the freedom to choose equipment that aligns with their desired combat style. 

World 7 brings forth a host of changes, with the introduction of specialized equipment tailored for different game modes. Adventure and Arena modes now offer equipment with specific stats and skills that enhance gameplay in distinct ways. Adventure-focused equipment, such as Earth, Fire, and Water gear, grants stat buffs to increase player performance and allows for additional damage that surpasses opponents' defense. 

On the other hand, Arena-focused equipment, including Water and Wind gear, applies stat debuffs to weaken opponents and inflicts damage upon being hit. Additionally, a common effect of healing is introduced to restore players' health. These specialized equipment options open up strategic possibilities, allowing players to adapt to various situations with a tactical advantage.

To enhance the player experience, the game's user interface has also been improved. Skill descriptions and information displays now offer comprehensive details, including effect duration, cooldowns, and specific values. This empowers players to make informed decisions and fully understand the specifications of their equipped gear.

Continued Development and Future Goals

Nine Chronicles has further plans to improve the equipment system across all worlds, including Worlds 1-6. Based on internal standards and valuable community feedback, changes will be implemented to blocks, materials, and other related aspects to provide an even more enjoyable experience for players throughout the game. 

The development team is also working on enhancing convenience in existing enhancements through the use of Forge Points, allowing for smoother progression. Furthermore, efforts are underway to establish a system where enhancements can be attempted regardless of the grade of the materials, reducing the impact of grade changes and ensuring previously used equipment remains relevant.
