Decentralized idle RPG Nine Chronicles M now has a new event underway called the Spring Greeting Event, which actually consists of two sub-events: the Spring Express Crafting Event, and the Spring Patrol Reward Event. A new feature update for the mobile version is also live, introducing the Collection system alongsider the Monster Collection, which was previously only available for players on PC.
Available on both Odin and Heimdall chains, this event started on February 28th at 2 AM UTC and will end on March 31st at 11:59 PM UTC. During this period, players can enjoy making the most out of two events, which started and will end at the aforementioned times. For the Spring Express Crafting Event, the amount of blocks and hourglasses needed for crafting has been lowered by 40%, while the Spring Patrol Reward Event brings increased Patrol rewards, with the time to receive rewards said to be reduced from 12 to every 6 hours. According to the table, players can claim double the amount of Crystals and Silver Dust, with the added bonus of claiming AP Potions and Golden Dust for players who are at least level 150.
The newest update introduces the Collection system to Nine Chronicles M, allowing players to gather and deposit certain items to gain new stats, making it a great way to get some use out of outdated items gathering dust in your inventory. There are a variety of collections to complete, with each asking for a different set of items with specific quantities and statuses, making every collection diverse and challenging to complete. Completing a collection is rewarded with a permanent stat upgrade that could significantly strengthen your character, as the unlocked stat actually applies to the whole game.
Next to the new system, the Monster Collection is now officially available on mobile, allowing mobile players to stake NCG and get rewarded with items and more every week. Among the rewards is a new item called Ruby Dust, which you can get by staking at least 5000 NCG. The new item, according to the update post, is usable as a material in the Collection, but will be given more use cases in future updates.
