Mystic Moose has announced a significant update following their latest Season Frozen Fates. Mystic Moose is an indie game studio known for its web3 game Mojo Melee. The update introduces highly-sought features that will transform the player experience with Champions.

The studio was founded by industry veterans from LucasArts, Activision, and Electronic Arts. The platform is shaping a narrative around the Mojo IP, an intriguing story of nature versus technology on a mysterious alien planet. Empowering players through web3, the studio allows ownership of in-game assets within the Mojo universe. Mojo Melee, their debut title, is an award-nominated auto chess strategy game playable on browsers and mobile devices.

Responding to requests, Mystic Moose allows players to mint their Champions as Collectibles. To mint, players need to level up their Champions to level 20. This triggers a prompt to mint their Champion as a unique Digital Collectible to a Sequence Wallet on the Polygon blockchain.

The update also introduces an enhanced leveling system for Champions, akin to the one introduced for Mojos in the Frozen Fates launch. After reaching level 20, Champions can be upgraded to Level 1 - Star Stage 1. This upgrade process is repeatable. Thus, enabling Champions to progress through five Star Stages and unlocking additional rewards.

New Year Eve Costume

In celebration of the New Year, Mojo Melee presents a limited-time New Year’s Eve costume featuring 2024 glasses. Others include a baby New Year diaper, and a top hat adorned with sparklers. This exclusive outfit serves as a festive and collectible item for Mojo enthusiasts. Players can participate in giveaways hosted by various streamers. They stand a chance to win the costume or purchase it directly from the in-game Shop.
