My Crypto Saga Now Available in Open Beta

The Japan-based game studio Double Jump Tokyo has launched My Crypto Saga in open beta. The game is build upon the principles of their previous game, My Crypto Heroes, but instead of tactical battles it's now a tactical card game. The game is made for mobile devices, but also works in web browsers and Ethereum-based web3 browsers.

My Crypto Saga (MCS) is a game in which 2 to 4 players go head-to-head in card battles. Players need to build a deck of 10 Kami Cards. As players win matches, they will earn Kami-Power (KP). Once they've earned enough KP, they can evolve the Kami Cards into Shin Cards. These Shin Cards are NFTs stored on the blockchain. So you will only earn NFTs by showing skills in the arena.

Players who've been active in My Crypto Heroes can convert their Heroes into Shin Cards and GUM for purchasing extra Kami Cards. My Crypto Saga doesn't require users to know or get involved into blockchain gaming and NFTs, but obviously there are benefits in doing so.

In addition game studio Double Jump Tokyo announced a partnership with Matic. They've developed the Asset Mirroring System (AMS), allowing one digital asset to exist or move between different blockchains. All NFTs in the game My Crypto Saga will become available on the Matic Network. As a result Matic is one of the blockchains supported by AMS.
