Kintara has launched its first Season Pass, with Season 1 running until the end of September 2026. The pass went live on September 6, giving players roughly 24 days to work through it.

The structure splits in two. A free Season Pass is available to every player, while Kintara Club members unlock a parallel track carrying additional exclusive cosmetics and rewards.

The Free Track

Progress runs on experience points, with eight reward tiers spread across the ladder.

The early tiers arrive quickly. The first unlocks at 500 XP and delivers 150 Wood and 150 Stone, the raw materials behind most crafting in the game. The second at 5,000 XP pays out 2 Health Potions. The third at 25,000 XP gives 100 Coal and 25 Iron Ore, which feeds the smithing chain.

From there the ladder steepens. A Random Scroll comes at 76,000 XP, followed by 5 Galactic Chests at 200,000 XP. Cosmetics take over at the top end, with a Season 1 T-shirt at 450,000 XP, a Season 1 Hat at 800,000 XP, and the Season 1 Laurel Trophy paired with a Season 1 Badge at 1,200,000 XP.

That progression is deliberately shaped. The first three tiers hand out consumables and materials that a new player actually needs, arriving fast enough that the pass feels worth engaging with immediately. The last three are purely cosmetic and sit far enough up the ladder that reaching them signals a month of real play.

The Kintara Club Track

Kintara Club members get a second reward line running alongside the free one, starting at 25,000 XP with 5 Galactic Chests.

Cosmetics dominate the rest. A Brown Fedora unlocks at 50,000 XP and Green Laser Eyes at 100,000 XP. The Season 1 Gold T-shirt arrives at 450,000 XP and the Season 1 Gold Hat at 800,000 XP, mirroring the free track's apparel in a gold variant. The Season 1 Aura caps the track at 1,200,000 XP.

Both tracks share the same 1,200,000 XP ceiling, so a Club member does not progress faster. They receive more from the same effort, which keeps the free track meaningful rather than turning it into a stripped down preview of a paid one.

Gold variants of the same items are also a smart choice for a game where appearance carries social weight. A player wearing the standard Season 1 Hat and one wearing the gold version both finished the season, and the difference is visible at a glance without either being locked out of the achievement.

A Busy Month for Kintara

The Season Pass lands in the middle of two other systems that opened days earlier.

Guild Seasons started on September 1 at 22:00 UTC and runs through September 30, with every qualifying mob, boss, and player versus player kill feeding a guild's season score with no caps applied. Minigames launched on September 4 in beta, offering Arena Deathmatch and Falling Tiles in both free and wagered formats, with a sample four player arena charging 10 gold entry and paying 38 gold to the winner after a 5 percent fee.

Three competitive systems arriving within a week is a lot for any game, but they pull in different directions rather than competing. Guild Seasons rewards coordinated group effort across a month. Minigames resolve in a single match. The Season Pass rewards individual accumulated play regardless of how it is spent.

A player farming mobs contributes to their guild's season score and earns Season Pass XP at the same time, which means the systems compound rather than forcing a choice. Both close at the end of September, so the deadline is shared.

Inside Kintara

Kintara is a free browser based isometric MMO on Solana that launched on May 22, 2026, frequently compared to RuneScape. It requires no download, and starting takes a connected Solana wallet holding at least 1 KINS token.

The activity list is broad. Players gather wood and stone, fish, mine, fight monsters, craft, cook, build, and complete daily quests paying gold and experience. Combat is straightforward melee, with the Armory available for practice before heading somewhere dangerous.

The world runs across connected realms reached through portals with no loading screens. Mainland is the safe hub holding the bank, shops, and healing fountain. Whisperwood covers peaceful fishing and lets each player build one personal shack. The Pond offers calm fishing with cooking facilities. Wilderness zones hold tougher enemies and enabled PvP, where death drops carried items into a tombstone, making the bank a genuine decision point before every trip out.

Gold handles everyday trade and cosmetics, and now serves as the wagering currency in minigames. The Marketplace enables direct player to player trading including swaps between gold and KINS, with one marketplace day producing 54,000 USD in player to player transactions.

KINS runs on Solana with a circulating supply of 1 billion tokens, gating access, powering marketplace functions, and covering premium spins priced around 3 USD, with half of spin fees burned and half sent to the treasury. Holding 1,000 KINS unlocks full feature access.

The game reached 20,540 monthly active players by June 2026 with concurrent users peaking between 800 and 1,300. Version 3.6 added apartments, banking systems, and merchant cycles. In August, Kintara arrived on the Solana dApp Store, putting it in front of Solana Mobile's Seeker audience, where every user already holds a configured wallet before opening the game.

Season 1 closes at the end of September, and the free track is open to everyone from 500 XP upward.
