KGeN Is Launching rKGEN Claim and Stake on April 20th

Blockchain gaming questing platform KGeN (Kratos Gamer Network) is soon launching rKGEN Claim and Stake features on April 20th, giving eligible participants the opportunity to claim their non-transferrable rewards and stake it for a higher airdrop allocation of the upcoming $KGEN token.

Who Is Eligible for rKGEN Claim and Stake?

For this launch of rKGEN Claim and Stake features, only participants from the Phase 0: Fairdrop are eligible to claim and stake their collected rewards. Phase 0 is also known as “The OG Tribe” and encompasses everyone who engaged on the questing platform before December 31st, 2024. All users who did so can look forward to April 20th as the day in which rewards can finally be claimed and staked. According to a new X post, eligible users will be able to stake their claimed tokens by up to 42.0% APY. At some point after TGE, those same tokens will be possible to swap for $KGEN at a 1:1 ratio. Based on new rKGEN distribution details revealed last month, 2.5% of the token's supply has been allocated for Phase 0, while the rest seems to be reserved for upcoming phases.

For everyone who is a part of Phase 1, also called the “The New Tribe”, which includes all users participating on the platform from January 1st, 2025 and onwards – you'll just have to wait for new announcements to reveal when it’s your turn is to claim and stake rewards. While the Phase 0 snapshot has been taken, the snapshot for Phase 1 has not yet, so you still have time to join in on Phase 1 if you want to quest to airdrop $KGEN as early as possible. Nobody knows when the snapshot for Phase 1 will happen, and the team will not announce snapshot times for any phase in order to ensure fair and active participation. They did however mention in a recent X post that the Phase 1 snapshot is “coming soon”.

What Is rKGEN?

rKGEN is a non-transferrable rewards token on the Aptos chain that will be converted to the upcoming $KGEN token at a 1:1 ratio at some point after TGE.

By contributing and engaging with K-Quest and K-Drop campaigns on the platform now, you can start earning K-Points, which you need if you want to be able to claim rKGEN in the future. The more you complete quests and campaigns on this platform, the more K-Points you earn, in turn leading to a higher claim of rKGEN tokens. If you want a bigger airdrop allocation of $KGEN tokens, then that also means that you want to collect as much rKGEN as you can, with claim times varying based on the phase you are participating in.

You can stake rKGEN tokens right away after claiming them in order to further increase your stack for a potentially larger airdrop. Not only does staking get you more tokens up to a certain APY, but it also increases your future claim the longer you stake while providing you with access to exclusive perks, whitelists for partner airdrops, and more.

At the time of writing, Phase 1 is the current phase live on the platform, with no info available on when it will end. Future phases have not been announced yet either, and there doesn’t seem to be a definitive timeframe for the $KGEN TGE.
