After having testers onboard for a time-limited demo called Beautiful Corner, the Guild of Guardians team is back with some very interesting player stats showing us how much everyone who tried out the roguelite squad RPG actually enjoyed playing through the available content.
The infographics shared in the tweet down below reveals that a total of 168 users played the demo, with the tweet stating that just 3 hours of content was included. Taking that into account, it’s impressive that the average playtime was actually 8 hours. More specifically, 82% of players spent more than 1 hour in the demo, while an astounding 65% actually played for more than 12 hours, while the highest recorded playtime is an astonishing 45 hours by user SkyGabriel.
Those are certainly some encouraging numbers for game’s development team as they gear up for a full launch of the play-and-earn title. In development by Mineloader and owned and published by Immutable, Guild of Guardians is slated to release at some point in Q4 2023. The demo that recently took place was a pre-alpha one, for which interested players were able to sign up for until July 25th for a chance of getting chosen to playtest from July 30th to August 3rd. It was only available for iOS users, while the full version of the free-to-play mobile fantasy RPG is planned to launch on both Android and iOS devices.
