GAMEE has announced a strategic partnership with Premier League Champions Manchester City to bring football to play-to-earn gaming.
This partnership will kick off with "Manchester City Striker," a captivating football game with 3D graphics where players seek to score an AI-controlled goalkeeper with increasing difficulty.
The Game will comprise unique tournaments and matches in which users will be able to earn crypto rewards paid in $GAMEE tokens.
The CEO of GAMEE, Bozena Rezab commented:
"Arc8 started as a mobile app offering crypto rewards for play-and-earn gameplay and grew into a product with a global audience of 200,000 monthly active users. Arc8 now aims to become the hub for brands looking to transition into the blockchain gaming space in partnership with GAMEE.
Manchester City is one of the very first partners to go live, and we're thrilled to collaborate with one of the leading brands in the world of sports."
Presently, Arc 8 has 12 live games, and GAMEE promises to announce more brand partnerships in the future.
GAMEE, founded in the Czech Republic in 2015, currently has over a 40million registered users and has served over 5.3 billion game-playing sessions. It was acquired for €5 million by the Animoca Brand in July 2020.
This partnership reinforces the commitment of Animoca Brands Corporation to developing its blockchain gaming ecosystem.
