Fantasy Top, the onchain fantasy card game based on crypto influencers, is officially migrating to Base. Starting today at 1 PM UTC, the team is opening the bridge that allows players to move all their game assets from Blast to the new network. This move is being framed as a way for Fantasy to team up with one of the most active Layer 2 ecosystems and become a top social experience in the space.

The game, which first launched on Ethereum Layer 2 Blast, has been growing quickly since its debut in May 2024. Now, with new systems like Clout, Clout Pro, and revamped seasonal play, the game is entering a fresh phase with this switch to Base.

Bridge Launch and Maintenance Period

At exactly 1 PM UTC on July 15, the Fantasy Top app will enter maintenance mode. From that time, only the bridge page will be available. Players visiting the main site will be redirected to the bridge interface if they have a balance to move.

All cards, ETH, WETH, and USDC will be available to bridge. You can do this at any time, even after the migration is finished. Once everything is moved over, the full app will reopen on Base.

Nothing changes when it comes to your login. Whether you use Google or X, your credentials carry over. Your Fantasy wallet also stays the same, and you can export your private key whenever you want.

What Players Can Expect

Fantasy Top has made it clear that the full app will remain available until 1 PM UTC. After that, only the bridge will work during maintenance. The migration will not affect your assets. Cards, tokens, and wallet data all carry over to Base.

This move also signals the start of new updates and improvements coming to the game. The dev team has been regularly pushing out fresh features that add depth to gameplay, competition, and social tracking.

Clout Season 2 Wraps Up

The migration comes shortly after the end of Clout Season 2. In that update, 5 new Heroes were added to the game. These include @Jack55750, @ayyyeandy, @Khallid4397, @wardaddycapital, and @alpha_pls.

For this round, the team introduced a tiered system based on Clout rankings. Players ranked in the top 100 earned one Hero. Those ranked from 101 to 200 earned two, and so did players between 201 and 500.

The idea behind this update was to keep the game fair while rewarding top community members with new in-game rewards.

New Fantasy Top Heroes coming to Season 3

Season 3 Brings Bigger Changes

Fantasy Top isn't slowing down. Season 3 kicked off on June 30 and will last 6 weeks. This new format replaces the old 5-week schedule and removes the "BYE Week" pause that used to split seasons.

A total of 120 ETH is being given out in rewards, broken into 20 ETH per week. On top of that, new Tactics Heroes will be added soon. These changes suggest a stronger focus on more regular, faster-paced play.

Other recent notes include the end of the Monad F2P whitelist minting, a notice that Hero payouts will be processed shortly, and a teaser for more Tactics upgrades coming soon.

The Launch of Clout Pro

Just a few weeks ago, on June 25, Fantasy Top launched Clout Pro. It's a new API and SDK that tracks mindshare and engagement across X. The tool updates in real time and filters out bots and spam.

The first integration was with Monsters (@monstersdotfun), an online game where players train and battle AI-powered monsters. With Clout Pro, the game was able to track user engagement in detail, covering over 500,000 views and more than 400 users.

Clout Pro helps games and creators measure who is truly active in their communities. Features include wording tracking, bullish/bearish filtering, and anti-farming detection. According to the team, it's a lower-cost alternative to other platforms, making them a direct competitor to Kaito, a web3 InfoFi platform that offers similar insight tools.

Clout System Introduced in May

The original Clout system was introduced in May 2025. It's a point system based on social posts. You earn Clout by posting about crypto on X. The more engagement your posts get, the more Clout you earn.

This system is linked directly to Fantasy Seasons. The more Clout you earn in a season, the higher your rank. Top players can become in-game Heroes. The top 15 are promoted to Hero status, while the lowest 15 current Heroes are removed. The top 50 also earn a place in the Tactics game mode.

This system rewards good social content and gives players another way to earn without relying only on in-game activity.

Big Numbers and Big Rewards

Fantasy Top is built around rewarding its most active players. Top Heroes can earn up to $10,000 per month. They also get boosted visibility on X, with an average of 109% more engagement.

Players featured in Tactics see a nearly 100% boost as well. That kind of reach helps players grow their following, build their brand, and earn more through the game.

Fantasy Top has also brought back old content. During its one-year anniversary in May, the team re-released Testnet Special Edition card art for a limited 10-day event. These collectible cards were available in Packs and through Level Ups.
