Web3 gaming studio Nimblebites has announced that the Closed Beta Test 2 (CBT 2) for Super-B will start on July 28, giving players a limited time opportunity to enjoy new features and earn from a USDC reward pool in the process.
What Is Super-B?
Super-B is a social blockchain gaming platform in which players can create personalized 3D metaverse spaces and earn token rewards by competing in various action-packed game modes while engaging in social activities. Players earn non-tradable closed-loop currency $SuperBit for predictions, in-game purchases, and AI tournaments, while exchanging it to ecosystem tradable token $BITE at a dynamic exchange rate. $BITE is set to be fixed to 1 billion tokens and will be used for governance, staking, and for buying NFTs such as AI agents, with the supply designed to be deflationary through staking and burn mechanisms, which can include burning token exchange fees.
After hosting Community Playtest 6 last month, it’s now time for the bigger test phase, one which introduces more fun gameplay content while providing a chance to win a larger share of USDC rewards and a token airdrop of the $BITE token by accumulating soulbound NSB tokens, which can be converted later on to the utility token at a certain conversion rate.
What’s New in Super-B's Closed Beta Test 2?
The 2nd closed beta test features a total prize pool of $5000 USDC and 50,000 NSB, earned through 3 different categories: GP Leaderboard, RP Leaderboard, and Daily Check-In Event.
The GP Leaderboard is limited to VIP Pass owners only and features $3000 USDC and 30,000 NSB up for grabs for the highest-ranked players that manage to collect the largest number of Game Points (GP) during the playtest.
The RP Leaderboard is open to everyone and consists of $1000 USDC and 10,000 NSB for the top players that have the highest amount of Rank Points (RP) by the end of the event.
Last but not least, anyone can also take part in the Daily Check-In Event for a potential chance at earning more USDC and NSB from a reward pool of $1000 USDC and 10,000 NSB.
More details on how to participate in all 3 categories can be found explained below. Next to the prize pool though, CBT 2 also brings with it VIP benefits, 7 play modes, and full integration of the Sui network and Slush wallet.
From July 23, 00:00 UTC, anyone looking to unlock extra perks will be able to buy the VIP Pass for $4.99. The benefits it brings are valid only for CBT 2 and include 1570 Gold, a Common Grade Fighter Character, Common Grade Sui Pet, a VIP Emblem for player profiles, the ability to earn GP across any game mode, and eligibility for this playtest’s GP Rank rewards.
Throughout this beta test, you will be able to play and earn across 7 different game modes, of which 6 seem to have been revealed so far: Team Deathmatch, Capture the Flag, Battle Royale, Bomb Defusal, Hide and Seek, and Obstacle Race. Whether you’re a fan of games such as CS2, Fortnite, or Fall Guys, the developers are bringing plenty of variety to gameplay to ensure various types of gamers can have an enjoyable web3 gaming experience.
Here’s how you can get ready to participate and potentially play to earn and play to airdrop for free throughout the upcoming beta test.
How to Participate and Earn Rewards in Super-B's CBT 2
Super-B's Closed Beta Test 2 begins on July 28 at 11:30 UTC and will end on August 9 at 04:00 UTC. You can pre-register starting from July 23, 00:00 UTC if you want to gain access to some features early on so you’re ready to play and earn straight away when the test phase properly begins. Pre-registering allows you to download the game early, create your character, connect your Slush wallet, buy the VIP Pass, access the in-game shop, draw random items through a gacha system, upgrade and equip various items, edit profile image and bio, visit profile pages, add people to your friends list and send messages to them.
To play and earn rewards throughout this 12-day testing period, you will want to check in daily while climbing the GP and RP Leaderboards by accumulating those points through gameplay.
The GP Leaderboard ranks players based on the number of Game Points collected during the playtest. To earn GP, you will have to play ranked game modes as well as complete daily missions and achievements, with the amount of points earned per match varying depending on the final match results. For ranked matches, your point earnings can be boosted through the GP Multiplier item stat. This stat can be found included with certain character skins, weapon skins, and equipment skins. These items can also be upgraded, so you can boost the GP Multiplier stat further to increase your match winnings.

To be eligible for the GP Leaderboard however requires buying the VIP Pass for $4.99. If you want a completely free to play route, you can focus on climbing the RP Leaderboard. Rank Points are also earned by playing ranked game modes, with the amount gained based on various skill factors that not only include the final match result, but also stats such as kills, assists, objective completion, and possibly more.
As you climb one or both of these leaderboards, don’t forget to check in every day and build up your streak for a random chance of earning Gold, NSB, and Check-In Points. Check-In Points are in-game rewards that you will be able to convert to USDC later on “through a dedicated claiming process,” according to the event page.
Once pre-registration begins on July 23, you can download Super-B for free on Windows and Mac through the Epic Games Store. During the testing phase itself, there will be 2 test sessions to participate in every day. Both last 6 hours, with the first session running from 11:30 to 17:30 UTC, while the second daily session takes place from 22:00 to 04:00 UTC.
