Moonveil has officially kicked off EP3 of the Mini Hub Racing Challenge, marking a return of the limited-time play to earn event during which you can complete quests by playing mini-games to earn Moon Beams, which in turn can be converted into $MORE tokens.
What Is Moonveil?
Moonveil is a web3 gaming ecosystem built to support accessible titles that combine casual gameplay with blockchain enabled features. It operates on a dedicated chain developed with Agglayer CDK. This framework allows developers to create custom Layer 2 chains that are optimized for gaming performance and interoperability. The Moonveil chain is currently live in testnet. It runs as an infrastructure layer connected to Agglayer, and a mainnet release is planned for a later date. The chain is designed to streamline player identity systems and reduce fragmentation across games.
The ecosystem includes several titles that span different genres, including AstrArk, Bushwhack, and the Mini Games Hub.
AstrArk is a mobile tower defense game with strategy and casual elements. Bushwhack is a stealth-based battle royale available through pre-registration and playable during limited tests that offer Moon Beam rewards. Moonveil also operates the Mini Games Hub which contains the Puffy Series of casual titles that feature simple controls and straightforward progression loops. The series currently includes Puffy 2048, Puffy Miner, and Puffy Match.
Moonveil Punch is an initiative that brings external developers into the ecosystem. The first partner title is Starry Host, a mobile game that completed an early alpha test open to Android and iOS users. The ecosystem is expanding each season with new activities, partner games, and reward programs.
The native token of the ecosystem is $MORE. It supports governance, in game transactions, and staking. It launched earlier this year on the BNB Chain, and players can earn $MORE across several ecosystem titles and events. The Mini Hub Racing Challenge EP3 is one of the active opportunities to acquire the token.
What Is Moonveil's Mini Hub Racing Challenge?
Moonveil Mini Hub Racing Challenge is a recurring event that invites players to complete milestones in the Mini Games Hub for a chance to earn $MORE tokens by collecting ecosystem points Moon Beams through gameplay-focused quests. The third episode of the event runs from November 18, 12 AM EST to November 21, 12 AM EST. During this period, players can access any of the available Moonveil Mini games for free, progress through the set quest-based milestone levels or targets, and receive token rewards based on the event’s tracking system.
The Mini Games Hub is designed around fast sessions, simple mechanics, and accessible play loops. All games in the Puffy Series contribute to event progress. Each title uses a different gameplay style and offers a separate path to milestone completion.
Puffy 2048 is a number-merging puzzle game in which players slide tiles to combine matching values until they reach 2048 or higher. The game introduces props such as an arrow, hammer, and rocket. Each prop interacts with the board in different ways and can clear tiles or reposition parts of the grid. The game uses cartoon-styled visuals and short play sessions.
Puffy Miner is a hook-based digging game that places players in a colorful underground setting. The objective is to drop and maneuver a hook to collect treasure, gems, and items that appear in the mine. Players can encounter characters or unlock props as they progress. The format is casual and focused on collecting as many resources as possible before the run ends.
Puffy Match is a matching puzzle title where players match plushie-styled tiles to clear the board and score points. As players progress, they can use special items that help with clearing larger sections of the board or increasing the score. Levels become progressively more difficult and introduce new patterns.
All 3 titles are linked through the Mini Games Hub. The Racing Challenge uses milestone thresholds that count progress regardless of which title the player prefers. This allows players to choose the game style that best fits their play habits. The games run directly through the Moonveil website without additional installation. Here’s how to get started.
How to Earn $MORE in Mini Hub Racing Challenge EP3
Mini Hub Racing Challenge EP3 is live with a set number of game quests that reward players with Moon Beams when successfully reaching designated milestones in the available mini-games between November 18 and November 21, 12 AM EST, with the ecosystem points possible to convert to $MORE at a 50:1 ratio. The event features quests across Puffy 2048, Puffy Miner, and Puffy Match, meaning players can earn rewards by playing any combination of the 3.
Players begin by visiting the Mini Games Hub on the Moonveil website. From there, login via crypto wallet, email, or social sign-in option. After that, you’ll want to head to the quest dashboard by hovering over the Loyalty Program at the top of the page and heading to the “Quest” section under the “My Season Pass” menu. From there, head on over to the Play to Airdrop section to find all of the limited-time quests for this play to earn campaign. Click on the Visit or Participate button on the quest you’d like to do to be taken to the mini-game to start playing. There are also social tasks for this event in the Community Engagement section as well.
The games run entirely through the web browser and are accessible to all players. At the time of writing, there seem to be 9 different quests to complete, 3 per mini-game. Rewards range from 10 to 30 Moon Beams. If you beat all currently available quests, you in total get to earn 210 Moon Beams, and since the conversion is at a 50:1 ratio, that means you’re earning 4 $MORE tokens. It’s unclear if Moonveil is planning to add more tasks for this 72-hour event, but there 3 additional social tasks you can do for 30 more Moon Beams in total.
You don’t have to stop collecting Moon Beams with this event however, as Moonveil Season 2 is still ongoing and continuously providing players with more ways to farm Moon Beams and thus earn additional $MORE tokens.
