What are the new tournament rules in DragonMaster Season 8

Play-to-earn RTS and MOBA game, Dragon Master, has kicked off Season 8 with new tournament rules and reward mechanics. According to the team, battles are now split into two tracks: One for the ranked PvP and another for regular PvE and PvP fights. 

Like Season 7, the new season also offers a total prize pool of 242,000 $DMT to the top 1,000 players on the leaderboard. Those who want to hit the S8 leaderboard must strictly fight in ranked PvPs. Season 8 will last for a month, from December 5th until January 10th, 2023. 

Players can receive trophies and TOTEM whenever they win a ranked battle. The more trophies they get, the better their rankings will be. Here's how many TOTEM players can get per win and $DMT prizes allocated to the top scorers: 

Those who are using free white dragons are allowed to join the tournament as well. However, they won't be able to get any TOTEM rewards. Each participant can only join up to 30 ranked battles per day. The number of Rank battles will be reset at 4 AM (UTC) daily.   

Regular battles in DragonMaster

In regular battles, players can engage in unlimited fights as long as they have enough Energy. But instead of earning trophies and TOTEM, players will only get some TOTEM tokens per win. Free white dragons are not eligible for TOTEM rewards. So playing and earning in this game won't be easy without some investment. 

Even so, the team is looking to introduce a new leaderboard for regular battles. Players' rankings will be based on the number of TOTEMs they have, and the top 1,000 scorers will be rewarded with TOTEMs. For more info, check out the official post here.
