Delysium Season 1 is LIVE

Delysium left half of the web3 gaming community 'jaw dropped' with their trailers. But now, dream becomes reality, and Delysium season 1 is finally LIVE. Season pass holders can already jump into a battle royale game mode and start playing.

That's right, it is time to jump into this Sci-fi cyberpunk shooter and get rewards. Delysium is one of the projects with the most hype around it and a lot of players are already getting a head start. They have also managed to raise millions in funds through NFT sales.

Right now, in season 1 players can participate in a Battle Royal ranked mode and in Casual Battle. Casual Battle is a game mode where players can get special coins that can be spent to buy up to 5 tickets. With these tickets, players can then participate in Battle Royale and climb the leaderboard.

Participants are already getting rewards for playing in Delysium's season 1 like:

• Limited edition Unicorn NFT
• Limited edition OATs (on-chain achievement token)

Besides this, there are also some tournaments from time to time where participants might earn UDSC and rare NFTs.

How to play in Delysium season 1?

To play users will need a season 1 pass. This NFT can be obtained in two different ways:

1. Head to Open Sea and purchase it
2. Visit their official discord and head to 'registration-wl'. Also, keep a close eye on their announcements and streams where they do giveaways. They also organize raffles for members who have a certain level on their discord, so being active there increases the chance of getting the season pass and other NFTs.

Another way is to wait for the next season and try to get the season pass 2 right from day 0. This season already started some time ago so you will not get the best out of it.

What is Delysium?

At first look, Delysium looks like a third-person shooter, similar to Mini Royale Nations for example. But Delysium is much more than another third-person shooter. The team defines the project as a 'Multiverse' with a 'Decentralized Game Publishing Structure'. I know it sounds complicated so let's break it down.

Delysium is an AI-powered open world with Free-to-Own universes. Players will build these universes and experiences. But for that, they will need a Delysium Multiverse License NFT (DML) to become a Delysium Multiverse Operator (DMO), or in other words, the entity that can create an experience within Delysium.

Then users can stake $DES tokens, which were not launched yet, to vote and support DMOs. Stakers will be then rewarded by the team for participating in this activity. But, then there are the Delysium Multiverse Accelerators (DMA), which are now being sold here for 1,000 USD, which gives users the power to provide a higher voting weight and will also reward those same users with more staking rewards.

Basically, there is this Decentralized Game Publishing structure where the DMOs can build experiences, and DMA owners and $DES stakers vote and give more power to their favorite DMOs.
