CyberVerse has confirmed a new Apartment NFT pre-sale, set to begin on November 27 and run until December 5. The sale will offer a limited supply of 500 Apartment NFTs priced at 100 $RON each. These NFTs will play a major role in the upcoming Survival update and the long-term structure of guild systems. The announcement follows months of ongoing development as the team continues rebuilding and expanding core gameplay systems while preparing for a full relaunch.
The team highlighted that they have kept building despite funding challenges and have rebuilt many of the main systems needed for the next major update. Apartments are positioned as an optional way for supporters to help accelerate the final development stage.
What Is CyberVerse?
CyberVerse is a free to play, play to earn cyberpunk MMORPG set across 3 chains: Ergo, Cardano, and Ronin. The game allows players to explore, grind, craft, trade, and earn as they progress through a growing virtual world. It mixes survival gameplay, resource collection, skill progression, crafting, open-world exploration, and competitive activities.
Players begin with a free default character, or they can play as a CyberCitizen NFT to unlock deeper rewards and progression paths. Core gameplay revolves around leveling skills, farming materials, completing missions, engaging in mini games, and battling enemies across the city and outer zones. Every action contributes to a broader player-driven economy where items, materials, and NFTs hold real in-game value.
The project aims to grow into a full dystopian world with more cities, more activities, and more long-term systems. The team describes its mission as building a world where players grind, form alliances, shape markets, and explore an expanding environment.
What Is the CyberVerse Apartment NFT?
The CyberVerse Apartment NFT is a digital property asset that aims to providee long-term value and utility inside the web3 game. These apartments are located within the broader structure of the CyberVerse city and serve as personal spaces, progression hubs, and economic assets for their owners.
A total supply of 500 new Apartment NFTs will be available during the November 27 to December 5 pre-sale. Each NFT will cost 100 $RON and can be minted directly inside the CyberVerse game lobby. A dedicated mint zone will appear for the duration of the sale.
Apartments were first introduced in June in a previous pre-sale on Ronin, in which 73 units were minted. Early buyers will not be left out, as the team has confirmed that a full snapshot will be taken of the original holders and that special rewards will be prepared for them.
Apartments are also central to several upcoming systems that will arrive with or after the relaunch. These include guild infrastructure, progression features, crafting updates, and resource management mechanics. Owners of at least 1 apartment will also receive private test access in December, allowing them to experience the new Survival update before the final public release.
What Is the Utility of CyberVerse's Apartment NFT?
Apartment NFTs function as private, ownable spaces inside the CyberVerse city. Each apartment is linked to an NFT and gives the holder a persistent in-game property that can be customized and used for progression systems in the upcoming survival update. These locations act as personal hubs where players can place furniture, install mining rigs, set up work benches, use farming plots, and operate furnaces. They will also play a central role in planned guild features and long-term economic systems.
Apartments come in several types. Each type offers a different number of rooms and a different electricity cycle for mining rigs: small, medium, large, penthouses, and yachts.
Small apartments usually contain 3 or 4 rooms. Their NFT images have a purple border, while electricity costs for mining rigs have to be paid for every 100 units. Medium apartments usually contain 5 or 6 rooms. Their NFT images have a red border and electricity costs for mining rigs renew every 200 units. Large apartments contain a higher unspecified number of rooms and their NFT images have a golden border, while electricity costs for mining rigs are paid every 300 units. Penthouses contain the largest number of rooms. Their NFT images have a platinum border and electricity costs for mining rigs renew every 500 units. Only 2 penthouses currently exist, if the litepaper info is still relevant. Yachts contain a small set of rooms and come with NFT images that also have a platinum border. Electricity costs for mining rigs there are paid every 500 units, and only 3 yachts might currently exist.
The new pre-sale apartments should follow the same structure and will serve as long-term utility assets inside the survival update. Holders also gain private test access for December, allowing them to try the relaunch version early and provide feedback before the public release.
How to Participate in CyberVerse's New Apartment NFT Pre-Sale
The new CyberVerse Apartment NFT pre-sale is set to follow a simple in-game minting process.
The pre-sale runs from November 27 to December 5, and during this period, players can enter the CyberVerse game lobby, where a dedicated mint zone will appear inside the lobby for the duration of the sale. From this zone, players can mint an Apartment NFT for 100 $RON each on the Ronin network. The supply is limited to 500 units and is available on a first come, first served basis.
Minting is entirely optional. The team stated that the sale is intended only for players who want to support the game while gaining long-term benefits in the new Survival update and future guild systems.
Anyone who buys at least 1 Apartment will receive private access to the early test version of the relaunch in December. Testers will be able to explore features such as the rebuilt combat system, auto recovery system, stamina, running, dashing, the death system, gear inventory, survival inventory, the survival stat system, frame-time sync, enemy and boss battles, new loot structures, and updated zones.
Supporters will also be able to check out new assets such as environments, buildings, objects, animations, enemies, and weapons, along with many improvements made behind the scenes.
As the developers wait for updates on grant applications and explores additional funding options, community support through the Apartment NFT sale could help accelerate the remaining work needed for day 1 and make it possible for even more content to be included. Planned features for the relaunch include guild functions, an arena, wagers, crafting systems, repairing gear, reviving citizens, a new leaderboard system, referral codes, a mobile version, subscription options, and the first chapter of the game story.
The CyberVerse team emphasized 4 priorities for the relaunch: fun, economy, monetization, and onboarding. Each of these areas will influence how players enter the world, progress through systems, and participate in the virtual economy. The Apartment NFT pre-sale is positioned as a bridge to help complete those features while offering supporters an asset with future in-game value.
