What to Expect in Alpha 2.0?

This alpha release will officially be known as Alpha 2.0. And it brings some new content to the game. Players will only have one game mode available, called Takeover. However, Alpha 2.0 will also include three different tournaments, two game maps, and five playable heroes!

Takeover is a map control game mode. Teams start at opposite ends of the map and fight to control various locations, earning points for kills as well as controlling the marked spots. The first team to reach 1000 points wins. The two maps available are Airfield and New Pressburg. Both feature indoor and outdoor areas as well as several control points.

This alpha also brings us class specialization for the heroes. Each hero has an associated class, either Assault, Support, Medic, Specialist, with special abilities for each.

Citizen conflict is a free to play, team based FPS. Built in Unreal 5, Citizen Conflict plans to offer unique player avatars as well as regular eSports events and prize pool tournaments. The game will include various play modes such as deathmatch, battle royale, extraction, and others. There will also be an open world where Syndicates can fight for control of various districts. The open game world will include vehicles such as cars, motorcycles, and helicopters!

The Heroes come in five different classes, and can be outfitted with gear and equipment that changes or enhances their abilities. And these items are not just cosmetic. Everything equipped affects the character's gameplay in some manner.
