Developer OneUniverse have announced a new update introducing Season 6 of Champions Arena, a Web3 RPG part of the Gala Games ecosystem.

What’s New in Season 6?

Arena Season 6 comes with a new Battlepass featuring a new Hero called Valsharah, The Midnight Terror. This Halloween-themed character is an Epic rarity supporter that players can get through this 3rd Battlepass in the Cash Shop. The pass features various quests to complete, giving you a chance of gaining experience, Gold, Soulstones, Upgrade Stones and more. 

By completing the Battlepass, you will be rewarded with the spooky floating Champion, ready to bring nightmares to your opponents with powerful buffs and debuffs. 

New Champions

Next to Valsharah, the developers have added 2 new Champions to the summoning pool: Beatrice and Luddy.

As has previously been the case, these 2 new characters also have an introductory event period during which it is possible to summon them at a boosted rate. The update post reveals that there is also a temporary 15% boost to VP if players have Beatrice and Luddy in their teams, with this bonus replacing the one from earlier Champions who will now longer feature the additional VP boost.

Beatrice and Luddy are both Legendary Champions that are getting their own new Growth Packages in the Cash Shop. These heroes can only be obtained through summoning or buying from any other player – there is no direct option available to let you purchase them. They can already be summoned now, with the developers teasing that more details on them will soon be given, though the first person to summon one of them could find out their abilities earlier than anyone else.
