Bravo Ready, the Montreal game studio known for its real-money gaming (RMG) tools, has officially acquired Honeyland, a fast-growing strategy game built on the Solana network. This move marks a major step forward in Bravo's plan to grow a wide range of web3 games using its own READY! tech platform.

"This acquisition strengthens our ecosystem and accelerates our multi-product strategy," said Evan Ryer, CEO of Bravo Ready. "It's a perfect fit for our scalable, real-money gaming infrastructure."

Honeyland: A Proven Game with Real Traction

Honeyland was created by Hexagon Studios. The mobile-first blockchain game puts players in charge of bee colonies. In the game, players harvest honey, collect rare items, breed bees, and compete in battles. All of this runs on its native token, $HXD.

Before the deal, Honeyland had about 300,000 registered players and over 4,000 daily active users. At its peak, it recorded more than 25,000 daily users. The game also attracted investors, raising $4 million at a $20 million valuation.

"This is the boost Honeyland has been waiting for," said Corey Wright, CEO at Honeyland. "Bravo Ready has everything it takes to make Honeyland one of the biggest web3 games in the world, and we are excited to join forces!"

What This Means for the READY! Platform

Honeyland is now part of the Bravo portfolio, joining existing titles like BR1: Infinite Royale and Bonk Arena. All these games use the same real-money system. Players pay to spawn, then earn crypto by winning fights or completing missions.

Each new title helps grow the value of the READY! platform. It brings in new users, gameplay features, and more ways to earn. "We're not building a company that relies on a single breakout hit," added Ryer. "We're building an ecosystem that can support a whole portfolio of games and partners, each one a proof point for the power of our platform. Honeyland fits that mission perfectly, and we’re thrilled to welcome them into the READY! Family."

Bravo Ready is using this model to scale fast. The goal is to become the go-to tech base for real-money gaming in web3, blending user-friendly gameplay with onchain features.

About Bravo Ready

Founded in 2011, Bravo Ready started as a small indie studio. But it hit its stride in 2022 with the launch of BR1: Infinite Royale. That game introduced the world to kill-to-earn gameplay, where players pay to spawn and earn by taking down others. Built on Solana, BR1 became one of the first games to fully use the real-money model in web3.

The READY! platform is Bravo Ready's core product. It handles payments in Solana and USDC, connects web2 and web3 accounts, and powers pay-to-play tools like loot boxes, NFT rentals, and fair game logic. The tech stack also includes cheat detection and a toolset for making and managing game assets.

Bravo Ready raised $3 million in seed funding from top names like Solana Ventures, 6th Man Ventures, and Shima Capital.

Core Games Before the Honeyland Deal

The Bravo Ready ecosystem already included three live or near-live games before this new deal:

BR1: Infinite Royale – A third-person shooter where players pay to enter, then earn for each kill. The game includes NFT rentals, tournaments, and loot mechanics.

Bonk Arena – A fast-paced arcade shooter that uses the BONK token. It follows the same spawn-to-earn system as BR1 but with lighter, more casual gameplay.

Mini Arena (Aptos Arena) – A new title made with Aptos Labs, offering simple but competitive matches. Like the others, it runs on READY! tech and includes token-based rewards.

With Honeyland now added, Bravo Ready broadens its reach. Instead of just action games, it now supports strategy, resource farming, and mobile-first designs, all using real-money models.

Inside Honeyland's Gameplay and Token Economy

Honeyland's main loop is simple: collect, breed, fight, and earn. Players grow their bee colonies, manage land, and take part in raids. The game uses two kinds of NFTs, Queens and Bees, that give special boosts and unlock game modes.

Players earn and spend $HXD, the main game token. They use it for upgrades, staking, and events. The token economy supports long-term value through staking, burning, and fixed emissions. A total of 1 billion $HXD tokens are in supply.

In a special Bravo Ready promo earlier this year, players were able to earn 750 $READY tokens just by taking part in Honeyland events.

Security-wise, the game includes contract audits, token vesting plans, and wallet protections. It also uses Magic Eden for NFT sales and Solflare for token swaps.

The Bigger Picture

This acquisition is about more than just one game. It's part of Bravo Ready's long-term plan to build a full-service, real-money gaming network. Each game added to the READY! platform brings in players, tech, and gameplay depth. It also shows that the model works across different genres.

By pairing RMG tools with fun and simple gameplay, Bravo seeks to make web3 games feel as easy as any other mobile or PC title. Now, with Honeyland in the mix, that mission is one step closer.
