Boss Fighters Launches Community Tournament with Alpha Pass & $1K+ Prize Pool

The team behind the asymmetrical PC/VR blockchain title, Boss Fighters, has officially kicked off the Community Tournament, launching with it the Alpha Pass that gives you exclusive access to the closed alpha.

The tournament started on Friday, August 24th, and will take place over the course of 3 weekends, ending on September 8th. Interested participants can purchase Alpha Passes that are being released in batches in order to be able to play as a Fighter on PC. The first 2 batches have been sold out, and the third batch seems to currently be live on sale on the Open Loot marketplace, with players able to buy the NFT in 3 different rarities: Rare ($15), Epic ($60), and Legendary ($100). Whichever one you choose to buy will give you an exclusive closed alpha key to access the game during the tournament, alongside the opportunity to unlock exclusive tradable skins through gameplay. For VR players, you might be able to claim a single kind of Alpha Pass for free, if supply still remains.

If you’re not able to play this weekend, then don’t worry, as there will be 2 more weekends to play in, from September 1st to 2nd and from September 8th to 10th. The prize pool is currently at $1260 at the time of writing, and can further increase the more Alpha Passes get sold. There are prizes for the top 10 PC and top 10 VR players every weekend.
