This groundbreaking initiative aims to combine traditional and Web3 technologies in a bid to enhance the anime and manga experience globally. The Anime Foundation also plans to revolutionize how fans interact with content, creators, and each other. The foundation plans to do this with the support gotten from Animoca Brands Japan. 

Furthermore, the Anime Foundation plans to collaborate with Mocaverse to introduce the Realm Network. This is an advanced infrastructure that supports a decentralized identifier (DID) known as Anime ID. This innovative initiative will alsoenable fans to seamlessly transition from conventional platforms to the dynamic world of Web3. In addition, the Anime ID has been designed to boost community engagement through unique monetization avenues and efficient content distribution.

MyAnimeList and Animoca Brands Japan have joined forces to attract talents from the anime and manga industries. Simultaneously, Animoca Brands and San FranTokyo plan toleverage their Web3 infrastructure to introduce new models of fan engagement. This project envisions a future where distribution is more effective, and the global community of fans enjoys greater ownership and involvement in anime and manga culture.
