The game is currently in closed alpha and is only available to holders of the XANA x BreakingDown Avatar NFTs.

BreakingDown: Japan’s Fast-Paced Martial Arts Event

BreakingDown is a one-minute-round mixed martial arts (MMA) competition featuring fighters from different backgrounds. It was launched in 2021 by professional fighter and YouTuber Asakura Mirai, who has over 3.4 million subscribers.

The event has built a large following through its press conferences, audition videos, and live match broadcasts. The official BreakingDown YouTube channel now has 206,000+ subscribers and over 110 million views.

In January 2024, XANA released XANA BreakingDown in closed alpha, making it playable only for NFT holders.
