Isometric action RPG Sipher Odyssey is set to officially launch in open alpha on Friday, March 8th in 8 different countries.

Open Alpha Access Details

This early version of the game will first be available to players residing in the following 8 countries: US, Brazil, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, Argentina, Venezuela, and India. If you’re from one of these countries and have pre-registered, you will be given exclusive rewards once the alpha goes live.

If you live in a different country not listed above, don’t worry, as all pre-registration milestone rewards will be awarded to you too when the next phase begins.

The announcement reveals that player progress will remain persistent, so the progress you make over the course of this alpha, alongside the items you earn and the achievements you gain, will carry on over to the global launch. It is clarified though that some elements could get reset “if there are severe imbalances.” It is also noted that resetting player data is a “last resort” and that the team will let the community know in advance if that has to happen.

The pre-registration for the open alpha version of Sipher Odyssey began on January 12th this year, when it was revealed that there are in-game rewards worth up to $100 up for grabs. You can still pre-register for the cross-platform title by heading to the game’s official website and inputting your email address, or if the game is already available in your region, then you could also pre-register on mobile by heading to the game’s official page on the Play Store or App Store.
