Maxma Game Studio has announced the launch of the official community marketplace for Krypto Fighters, a 2D turn-based NFT strategy game,
According to the announcement, this new marketplace is powered by Rarible, with the developer explaining that the reason behind this move away from OpenSea is that transaction speed “was simply too slow for our fast-paced market” and that “identifying information about our NFT fighters” became harder, causing a “confusing and overwhelming experience for our buyers.”
Because of these reasons, they decide to create their own in-house marketplace, one that is designed to solve these issues. The new marketplace to find the right NFT fighter while providing a “streamlined interface” and faster transactions. With the new interface, players are able to find detailed info on the rarity and attributes of every NFT fighter
Another main reason to switching to an in-house marketplace is so that the team can update the NFT data, with the studio stating that they have moved on from the in-game Ability System in exchange for a “more streamlined Trait System.” This change makes it simpler to see what traits and rarities the NFT fighters have. If you see that the data of your NFT has not been updated to reflect the change to the new system, then you can easily fix that by clicking on the Refresh button that is placed on the right side of the page, above the bids section.
Earlier this month, the company launched two new in-game tokens for Krypto Fighters.
