Get ready to join the Buddy Arena Closed Alpha and win a free Mythical NFT

Singapore-based blockchain gaming firm Affyn is set to launch Buddy Arena in closed alpha. It is a Web3 mobile title that forms part of the NEXUS World, where players can engage in quick-paced battles while learning about its early gameplay. 

From May 31st to June 15th, those who engage in the private alpha will stand a chance to win a guaranteed spot to mint an OG Mythical Buddy for free. Players can attend the event online or join one of its IRL playtests, to be held in 6 cities across Asia: Singapore, Manila, Bangkok, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, and Hong Kong.

As long as you RSVP to the closed alpha, play at least 1 match on Buddy Arena, and submit the feedback form, you'll be in the running to secure one of the 100 minting spots. Another 100 spots will be given to those who finish in the top 100 on the leaderboard. 

In essence, Buddy Arena is a top-down MOBA game where players strive to collect the most number of crystals. There will be various weapons and Buddies to choose from, each with its own unique entry skill. Depending on their playstyle, gamers can deploy up to three different types of Buddy in their lineup: Harvesters, Defenders, and Attackers. Harvesters are good at finding resources, Defenders are strong at taking damage, while Attackers are great at wiping out enemies.
