Developer L1523kick Games has announced the release of new earnable NFTs for players to collect in the early access version of WorldShards, a life sim sandbox MMORPG powered by Big Time’s Open Loot platform.
New Decorations
In an AMA last month, the studio revealed that they plan to release new decorative NFTs at some point this month, and that didn’t take long to happen, as on June 1st, the team already announced the launch of these new assets. Players have a chance of getting the new decorations dropped as loot through gameplay. To celebrate this new batch of items that you can place on your flying island, the developers have decided to increase NFT drop chances, making this a great time to go on an adventure solo or with friends in the ancient fantasy world of Murrlandia.

The above images give you a glimpse of some of the new decor available in the Web3 title, with more images included in the official tweet. If you don’t have access to the game, then you’ll find that the same tweet includes a link to the game’s official website where you can purchase a Tradable Access Key needed to play this early version of the blockchain MMO. It can only be activated during this early period, and if you do end up activating it, the key will be burned in the process. A total of 104 keys are being resold at the time of writing, with $34 being the lowest price currently available. The developers may introduce more keys over time during this Early Access phase, according to the NFT’s description.
Founder’s Lootbox Sale Sold Out

Before the new items were added, the Founder’s Lootbox Sale took place at the end of May. It included 1500 loot boxes up for grabs, with whitelisted users getting exclusive access to the sale for the first 2 hours. Each box was priced at $200, and it only took about an hour for the sale to successfully conclude.
Users who purchased these loot boxes will find unique gear from the founder’s collection, which consists of unique non-craftable collectables whose rarities cannot be upgraded. They can be used for upgrading other items though, and they have the same Luck attribute as regular assets.
