After releasing the first card expansion set called Vaults of the Virtuals, the Synergy of Serra team is now back with new Tech-Pioneer Cards that have been distributed to eligible accounts, that is, to everyone who registered on the game’s official website before June 20th, 2022.

If you’re among the older accounts keeping an eye on this upcoming trading card game, then you’re in luck, as you should have by now received one of these 3 cards made by Brian Valeza: Sleepy Keevling, Munching Bugun or Mesmerized Vopol. 

If you head to your card library on the website, you should be able to see your new reward by using Advanced Filters, going to All Editions and turning on the filter for Promo cards, which are cards that, according to the developer’s Medium post, serve as “collectible souvenirs” given by the developers as a “thank you from the team for creating an account with us so early on in the project’s life.”

These cards are in fact NFTs and not soulbound tokens, so you can freely trade them on platforms supporting the Polygon network, giving you the opportunity to sell your card as well as get any of them that you may want.

The total supply of these NFTs is 59,195. According to the announcement, this means that there are “fewer than 20,000 of each gold animated version of the cards in existence, ever.” A smart contract randomly chose who gets which card, while the mint number you get will depend on how early you signed up on the website, meaning that the older your account, the lower the mint number, with each of these cards having their own mint numbers, making it possible for there to be mint #0 for all 3 cards.

More rewards are set to be given to eligible accounts in the future as part of the Tech-Pioneer rewards that kicked off in July 2020. For those who want to see anatomical images for each of the creatures included in these cards as well as find out more details, you can find the official post here.
