The developers of Revomon, a VR and mobile monster metaverse RPG, have revealed the next feature they’re working on: the Victory Podium.
This new feature represents a new PVP ranking system, separate from the existing one. It’ll be found in a certain location, with the podium displaying the best PVP players. Players will fight to dethrone each other, though both players in a battle need not be present in order for a fight to take place, as in this mode it’s the AI who plays for the player that others are trying to dethrone.
Alongside participating in the game mode itself, players will also be able to use the area as a place to socialize at.
The new play-to-earn feature is planned to launch sometime this month, the same month in which the testnet version of the $REVO marketplace is also scheduled to release, with a mainnet of the marketplace slated to go live in September, according to the latest, updated roadmap.
The cross-platform title runs on the BNB Chain and is available on Android devices via the Google Play Store as well as on VR devices such as the Oculus Quest on the SideQuest VR platform. A iOS App Store release is planned for December this year.
