Qorbi World, a blockchain gaming ecosystem, has recently shared details on their pet egg system that is utilized in their first FPS title, One Tap.
What Is the Pet Egg System?
Pets are a crucial part of the Qorbi World ecosystem, as they grant players with unique abilities to use to their advantage in combat, such as in One Tap, a 1v1 arena shooter. Through this system, the ecosystem’s first 4 pets will be given away in a free mint in the form of an Egg. These 4 pets are: Jaguar, Turtle, Chameleon, and Octopus. Interested users who miss out on the free mint can acquire them from other holders on TokenTrove.
Each of these pets has 3 different types of Eggs: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. In order to receive a pet, you need to have all 3 versions, so if you have a Bronze, Silver, and Gold Egg of Turtle, you will then be able to trade them in for the actual pet by connecting your wallet on the ecosystem’s official website.
Pet Utility
Pets act as in-game characters providing special abilities that will be usable not only in One Tap, but also in other Qorbi World games, providing them with cross-game value. Every pet differs in the utility that they offer.
The Jaguar pet lets players do 2 consecutive dashes, enabling you to move 10 times faster than your enemy, while the Turtle creates a static barrier to help you hide and prepare to attack.
With the Chameleon pet, as you might expect, you’re able to go completely transparent for 3 seconds, while Octopus pet attacks your opponent, covering most of their screen with an ink blotch, making it really difficult for them to see their surroundings.
