WEMIX PLAY has announced that developer Nyou, Inc. has now officially globally launched their PvP puzzle CCG, Summoners League, on their blockchain gaming platform.

Launch Details

To celebrate this worldwide launch which took place on November 23rd, making it available on Android and iOS devices via the Google Play Store and Apple App Store respectively, the studio announced 3 events for players to participate in, lasting for 2 weeks from the day the game officially went live.

According to the team’s official post, these include Daily Attendance Mission, In-Game Event, and Airdrop Event. For the first one, players are encouraged to hop into the game every day for 2 weeks in order to earn daily giveaway rewards. The second one actually consists of 3 different in-game events through which you can complete event missions for a chance at earning SOL tokens (which is the game’s currency called Summon – not to be confused with Solana). In the third event, players complete event missions in order to collect entry points, with the top 500 that have the most amount of entry points to be awarded with 2000 SOL, while 20 SOL is being given to the first 100k players on a first-come, first-served basis.

While the game has gone live globally, the Medium post from WEMIX PLAY reveals that users in China, Singapore and Korea are unfortunately not able to access this free-to-play blockchain title.

What Is Summoners League?

Summoners League is a new real-time puzzle card game featuring strategic PvP gameplay where you summon upgradable heroes and outsmart your opponents in Match-3 battles. As you match blocks, you can summon a hero to use to your advantage, as every hero has their own skill that could help you win the battle. By playing the game, you can earn Blue Gems, an in-game currency which can be converted to Summon (SOL), the game’s utility token within the WEMIX platform, with a daily limit for generating more SOL tokens set in place.
