Developer 9 Lives Interactive has announced that their team-based hero shooter, Nyan Heroes, has officially been listed on the Epic Games Store.

By getting listed on the Fortnite creator’s store ahead of release, the team is allowing its community the option to wishlist there and help the game potentially reach a wider audience, as the more wishlists it gets, the likelier it is for it to be appear on the front pages for more of the store’s users.

The official store page contains background story info on the game’s world, Nekovia, as well as some details on the core features of the cat-themed mech shooter, with the listing also revealing that the Web3 title will initially launch in an early access phase. No official release date has been revealed at the time of writing, nor are the system requirements known yet.

The listing appeared on Thursday, January 11th, shortly after the team teased their first-ever airdrop in the same week in an earlier tweet. No info on the airdrop is available at the moment, other than it is set to take place in this same year, but whether it will be a token or NFT airdrop remains to be seen.
