Nine Chronicles M, the mobile edition of the decentralized idle RPG by Planetarium Labs, has received a new update that introduces 4 new runes and skills to the Web3 title.
Runes
With these new additions comes the launch of the Rune Summoning feature as another option of getting runes. Players can now use golden dust in the workshop to summon runes, such as this week’s 4 newly-added ones: Stamina Rune, Quick Rune, Stun Rune, and Vampiric Rune. Each of these runes come differing skill effects and stats. It’s now also possible to unlock 2 more rune slots using crystals.
Skills
The skills that can be found with these new runes differ depending on whether they’re being used in Adventure, Arena, or World Boss mode. The new Stun Rune features skills in Adventure and Arena, where in the former mode the skill includes having a 10% chance to add a Stun debuff on all enemies that will last for 3 turns, rendering them unable to make any move, while in the Arena there is the same skill, but with 4 turns instead of three.
As for the Vampiric Rune, it can be used in Adventure and World Boss modes. When in Adventure, it has a skill that has a 30% of adding a Life Drain buff to yourself for a whopping 20 turns. This means that while the buff is active for those turns, you will get to restore HP to 15.15% of the damage that you inflict on enemies, with the exception of Bleeding damage to which this effect does not apply. In World Boss, the same idea applies, but with a much higher HP recovery of 50.25% of the damage dealt for 20 turns.
