Moonlit Games has taken a major step forward with its action RPG, Rogue Nation. The game is now building on Merit Circle's Avalanche subnet Beam, a development that heralds a new chapter in blockchain gaming.

Rogue Nation, known for its free-to-play, mobile action RPG, immerses players in a world of unique characters, pets, and weapons. The gameplay is centered on challenging dungeons and PvP competition. Recent showcases featured playable demos of Rogue Nation. These highlighted the game's emphasis on multiplayer and strategic elements. Each player is encouraged to refine their approach, balancing risk and reward as they go.

The latest announcement aligns with Merit Circle's recent collab with Immutable. As a gaming-focused DAO, Merit Circle aims to enhance its ecosystem through this partnership. This ecosystem includes the blockchain network, Beam, and the digital asset marketplace, Sphere.

Beam, a unique multi-chain platform, was initially deployed on Avalanche. It's set to simplify the intricacies of game creation while focusing on the player experience. The platform will launch on Immutable zkEVM, Polygon's scaling solution. It will also integrate Immutable's Web3 solutions, such as Immutable Orderbook and Immutable Passport. These features will assist studios and content creators in boosting revenue and liquidity.

Patrick McGrath, CEO of Moonlit Games, shared more insights on the collaboration:

"At Moonlit Games, we are thrilled to join forces with Merit Circle. This partnership marks a significant step in redefining the gaming landscape. Together, we aim to blend our creative game development expertise with cutting-edge blockchain technology to create unparalleled gaming experiences that are easily accessible, deeply engaging, and rewarding for our players."

All in all, the partnership between Moonlit Games and Merit Circle marks a pivotal moment in Web3 gaming. It signals a future where digital ownership and immersive gaming experiences are paramount, setting new standards in the industry.
