Phase 2 of the Mocaverse x Pixels partnership is now officially live with a reward pool consisting of $80k+ in various prizes.

Phase 2 Details

In this second phase, which kicked off on December 21st at 9 PM EST and will end on January 12th at 1 AM EST, communities from both sides can look forward to 2 new missions to enjoy during the aforementioned time period, totaling up to 5 missions across the two phases.

The two new available missions are called Cosmic Alchemist and Tribe War. In order to qualify for potential rewards in this phase, you need to have completed Mission 1: Let’s Play.

Cosmic Alchemist

Cosmic Alchemist is the 4th mission part of this partnership between Animoca Brands and Pixels, a pixelated play-and-own farming game. 

To play this mission, you need to have completed Mission 1: Let’s Play first, and you also need to have minted your Moca ID. If you meet these requirements, head on over to the Moca Clubhouse and right through the yellow door in order to access an area available only for users with a Moca ID. There you will find the Vending Machine from which you can get batteries every 24 hours. Batteries allow you to claim various Items or Elements from the Claw Machine, and you will have to collect all Items that are needed for crafting Elements, which in turn are needed for crafting Moca Stars. These Moca Stars are the objective of this mission, as the goal is to craft as many of them as you can in order to climb the leaderboard and become one of the top crafters.

Tribe War

Tribe War is the 5th mission and the first Tribe vs. Tribe challenge where players collectively compete in crafting the most amount of Moca Stars. This can be played by choosing one of 5 different Tribes, which can’t be changed later. If you own a Moca NFT, you don’t have to pick the same tribe that your collectible belongs to. Players must choose a Tribe by December 28th, 9 PM EST in order to participate in this mission.

Once you’ve done that, you will then be able to help with increasing the cumulative Tribe Score, which is based on the amount of Moca Stars crafted by the Top Contributors of every tribe. By finishing the mission with the highest Tribe Score, you will be able to get more RP and a potential opportunity of winning from a bonus reward pool.

Crafting a minimum of 3 stars is needed in order to qualify for RP and Extra Rewards, with the full prize pool available in the below table.
