MetaSpets, a turn-based idle RPG, has recently launched into version 1.4.0, which marked the release of Boss Raids.
Players can fight bosses every other day and have 24 hours to defeat it. To take part in a boss fight, players have to open at least 4 eggs. One battle with a boss costs one energy. You can choose the amount of battles you’d like to do before starting the fight, as well as the squad and formation of Spets you’d like to use. At the end of a battle, you may receive a reward such as Silver, MSPc or MetaSoul.
With Boss Raids also comes the addition of Mutant Potions, which are made to boost the power of Spets for fighting these bosses. One Mutant Potion costs 20 MSPc, and is enough for the whole team per raid. This potion allows your Spets to randomly do critical damage against the boss, helping you increase the amount of damage done per battle, which in turn helps in potentially ranking higher on the Daily and Monthly leaderboards, with MSPc and MetaSouls given out as rewards for the highest-ranked players. The more players that participate in Boss Raids, the higher the rewards are. Some of the high-rarity MetaSouls that could be given out include Epic, Legend, Ultimate and Titan MetaSouls.
MetaSpets is a play-to-earn game playable from the game’s website. Running on the BNB Chain, an Android and iOS release is planned sometime near the end of the year. Features such as PvP, Guild Wars and more are also slated to launch during this year.
