Free-to-play MOBA, fantasy universe and gaming platform MagicCraft has announced a new Web3 game soon launching for the $MCRT Ecosystem: Magic 8 Ball.

What Is Magic 8 Ball?

As you might expect, Magic 8 Ball is a blockchain-backed pool game in which you will be able to compete against other players for a chance at earning $MCRT tokens as a reward. The new trailer included in the announcement reveals that the play-to-earn title will feature daily tasks to complete from which you will also be able to earn a certain amount of tokens.

Aside from earning the token, $MCRT will also have a use case in the game as well, and that includes purchasing various items in the in-game store. While the trailer doesn’t seem to reveal any particular item, the tweet does mention that they will be able to boost your stats, helping you potentially gain an edge over your opponent for a better chance at getting to the top of the leaderboard.

A specific release date does not seem to be available at the time of writing, but the launch is said to be “closer than ever.” When it does go live, you can expect it to be available on either Android or iOS devices, if not both straight away.

The news comes less than a month after the team launched Magic Runner in early March as an Android game that can be downloaded on the ecosystem’s official website, with a Play Store and App Store launch planned to take place soon.
