The Kingdom Karnage team has announced new changes for their seasonal games, KK Heroes and KK Clicker.

KK Heroes Changes

For their 2D autobattler, the developers have revealed that the current running season is set to end on Monday, November 13th, at 1 PM UTC. From now on, this will be the new season reset time, meaning all forthcoming seasons will be ending on 1 PM UTC, with each new season starting shortly after.

A new advert system is set to be integrated in the future due to players in some locations having issues accessing audio adverts. According to the update notes, it will be implemented a few weeks after the team has determined it works properly on KK Clicker.

KK Clicker Changes

As for Kingdom Karnage Clicker, which went live on mobile devices in September this year, the developers have kicked off a new season on Friday, November 10th, at 5 PM UTC. This season will end on Friday, November 17th, at 1 PM UTC, as part of the new season reset time change where all future seasons will end on 1 PM UTC. Every new season will begin quickly after that time.

The new advert system is also making its way to this Web3 title, and is in fact actually already live with the new season that started on November 10th. Players will have to update their game to v1.28 in order to use the new system

The way the new advert system works is that the game will first try and load an audio advert. If it fails to do so, then it will go for a video advert instead, which will allow you to earn red gems in the process, making it possible for players in all locations to be awarded with the currency, according to the official post. As a result of this change, the team has decided to remove the 1-hour video boost from KK Clicker.
