Illuvium: Zero, a land-based city builder for mobile and PC, has been updated to patch 0.2.2, marking the start of the Alpha Blueprint Minting Phase.

Patch Details

This patch makes it possible for players to mint blueprints from January 3rd to February 3rd, 21:00 UTC. Every blueprint in your list now comes with a mint status, as the system has been updated to ensure you can mint any time without any trouble during the minting window.

The game’s anti-cheat system has also been upgraded to review all minting requests, which should help in providing a minting process that is secure and fair for all.

Blueprints

In this Web3 title, there are 15 different kinds of blueprints that players can mint. By owning a plot, you can mint each type only once, so the announcement warns the community to be careful when buying a plot during the minting window, because if the previous owner already minted the blueprint that you wanted to, then you won’t be able to do the same as the blueprint has already been minted using that plot.

The official post reveals that minting is “currently” free, and when you complete the process, your blueprint turns into an ERC-721 NFT on Immutable X. Holders of these NFTs can trade them using the Illuvidex marketplace.

Finding & Minting Blueprints

To find blueprints, you will need to use the Singularity Scanner to scan for Illuvials’ Biodata, after which you commence research in the Materials Lab to see if you can unearth some blueprints.

To mint a blueprint, you need to construct a Zero Point Transducer, as well as build and upgrade your Marketplace to Level 2. With these requirements met, you are now able to successfully tokenize your blueprint while the phase still lasts.
