The Genopets team has recently published a roadmap update to give players a glimpse of what else they can expect to see introduced for the move-to-earn title in the last stage of Phase II.

Titled The Road To Market, this represents the last roadmap update for the whitelist beta version. After the contents of this stage are completed, the game will move on to Building Phase III, which is the public beta release. According to the official post, this last part of Phase II includes Augment Stats, Expedite & Re-roll, Home v2, Streaks, in-app Augment Recycling, in-app purchases, Step Battles, and a P2P Marketplace.

Augment Stats will make it possible to see a variety of detailed info for every Augment, which will be important for preparing to take on Step Battles in this current Phase, but also PVP Battles in Phase III. This feature will be followed by the option to expedite crafting times as well as re-roll crafting items. This means that you’ll be able to pay a fee to shorten the time it takes to craft something, while re-roll will allow you to try crafting the same item again in hopes of getting the desired Style and/or Rarity that you want.

As seen in the image above, the home screen will be getting an upgrade that aims to make it easier to access all of the game’s new features.

Streaks are geared towards rewarding active players, meaning that it will be possible to earn various rewards from completing daily streaks. In-app Augment Recycling will let you combine a couple of Augments that have the same Style in order to get a stronger Augment that comes with “differing Rarity or Variant.” Step Battles revolve around challenging friends to a race where the person who makes the most number of steps within a given timeframe is the winner.

The developers also plan on introducing in-app purchases, allowing players to buy various items without needing to have a crypto wallet. This will be followed by a P2P Marketplace, where players will be able to purchase what other players are selling, but without having to use a crypto wallet, making it an accessible NFT marketplace that lets players buy using their local currency.
