Gala Games is bringing loads of different events to a variety of different projects on GalaChain in 2024’s May Mayhem, with the first week scheduled to start on May 6th.

First Week Plans

For the first full week of this event-packed month, the community can look forward to competing for rewards in GalaSwap, Gala Film, Eternal Paradox, Common Ground World, VOX, Champions Arena, Non-Fungible Tower Defense, Legends Reborn, and Last Expedition. The details revealed so far are said to be “a quick peek at week 1” and in the spirit of the name, there could be “a few surprises” here and there for the first week and the rest as well.

GalaSwap & Gala Film

From May 6th to the end of the week, users can earn bonus $GALA tokens for ranking at the top of the following categories:

  • Highest $GALA volume
  • Highest $GUSDC volume
  • Highest $MUSIC volume
  • Highest $LEFC volume
  • Highest $TOLK volume
  • Highest $GSWAP volume

As for Gala Film, users can get 2 free RZR Mystery Boxes for each episode you watch of RZR, a sci-fi thriller set in a dystopian world.

Eternal Paradox & Champions Arena

Free-to-play turn-based 4X RPG Eternal Paradox is getting a Daily Coupon event on Discord, with Season 4 together with the first week of Mayhem. Expect special in-game events to take place throughout the rest of this month.

A range of new activities are coming to turn-based RPG Champions Arena, through which players can earn M-tickets to spend in the M-tickets shop, while a 15% Gem pack discount is also expected to be available at the start of the first week.

Common Ground World & VOX

In farming sim Common Ground World, players will get to compete in the Everybody Is Welcome competition, which brings 31% extra $GALA and 2500 reward spots. An existing NFT will be reworked every week, with the first two reworks coming this Friday. Some NFTs still have supply that has never been released before, meaning that this month, you can expect to have an opportunity to get your hands on 4 NFTs that will be put on sale in limited quantities during this month, with one asset going on sale every week.

VOX is invading the Web3 farming title with a new VOX Dog pet that will be rewarded to the top 100 Bicycle sellers in the upcoming competition. Players who don’t manage to rank high enough can also look forward to a special Mystery Box sale at the end of the month, through which it will also be possible to gain the new pet.

Non-Fungible Tower Defense & Last Expedition

The Judges’ Choice winner at GALAthon, Non-Fungible Tower Defense, is having a leaderboard competition every week of this month, further encouraging newcomers to jump in the alpha playtest and compete for rewards.

Speaking of alpha, PvPvE sci-fi extraction FPS Last Expedition is soon launching its Mission Ready Pre-Alpha build, through which players will be able to collect limited edition weapon fire skins.

Legends Reborn

Blockchain TCG Legends Reborn is incentivizing the community to play as many PvP matches as possible starting from May 6th noon PT in order to be rewarded with free NFT cards: Common Glacial Spear (50 PvP matches), Common Viridian Dragon (100 PvP matches), and Uncommon Phoenix (150 PvP matches).

You’ll want to kick it into high gear for the first week, because the first week comes with a special prize of $500 worth of $GALA tokens that will be awarded to the player with the most amount of matches played, but also to the player who wins the highest number of matches by the end of the first week.
