Amihan Entertainment, the developers of Everseed, which they describe as a “farm-to-tabletop MMO” have released the second demo of the game.
Just like the previous one, this demo is available for a limited amount of time, with no exact end date given, though the devs have stated that it will be playable for “a short time.”
This demo builds upon the previous one, which also showed the tower defense aspect of this MMO, but now, alongside the tutorial levels, they’ve also added the Proving Grounds. The difficulty is ramped up in this new level and features 3 new battle plants you can use to fight off the enemy creatures. Players can now also gain experience for leveling up their Ranger NFT by successfully beating the level.
In order to play this demo, players have to login using their Discord account over at the game’s website, after which they can link up to 3 Solana wallets to the accounts containing Rangers. Players need at least one Ranger in order to play directly from the browser on PC. As for the newly-added Proving Grounds, players need to have 25 of the in-game staking currency called Favor whenever they want to start the level again. However, if the player manages to get 3 wins, the level becomes free to play, and the Ranger used can no longer earn more experience. Getting 3 wins will lead to the Ranger having enough experience to level up from level 0 to level 1. Favor is earned by simply holding a Ranger in a wallet linked to your account.
According to the roadmap, a closed alpha of the game is set to launch sometime in 2023, followed by an open beta in that same year.
