Three Towers Game Studio is back with more details on what players can expect in v1.0 of Web3 4X MMO Ertha, this time revealing info on the mechanics surrounding the upkeep of HEX land.

There are 4 very important resources you’ll need to make sure you constantly have enough in order to ensure prosperity of your HEX. These include Electricity, Water, Sewage and Waste.

In order to make sure you have a steady supply of electricity, you’ll need to have enough power plants. There are 4 types of power plants: Coal, Oil, Wind and Solar Power Plant. The former two power plants produce more electricity than the other two but cause more pollution, while the latter two green power plants emit a lower amount of pollution but also bring a lower amount of electricity, requiring you to carefully choose what power plants to place.

When it comes to water, players will have 3 different structures they can construct for increasing the supply of water: Water Bore, Water Tower and Water Pumping Station. Having a large supply of water is essential not only for the wellbeing of your population, but also for successfully keeping production of everything else going smoothly.

It’s important you have the right sewage buildings in order to make sure your citizens are happy and healthy, as improper sewage management can lead to unhappiness but also pollution. This means that building a Sewage Outflow Pipe and Sewage Treatment Plant will be crucial for the growth of your land.

You’ll also want to make sure your HEX is clear of littering, which means that you’ll be able to create a Garbage Dump and Garbage Incinerator, both of which will help in keeping your land clean from junk.
