The team behind the Polygon-based horse racing game, Derby Stars, has updated their blockchain to version 0.8.21, introducing balancing changes to skills and more.

What’s New in Derby Stars Version 0.8.21?

In version 0.8.21, which serves as a precursor to a large update planned for October, Derby Stars players can now experience all types of turf at any time in PvE Training. The Distance Aptitude UI has been improved, and the developers have been focused on improving some of the Special Skills in order to provide a balanced experience. 

Skill Adjustments

As such, the following skills have been updated: "Half Step Back for Victory, One Step Back for Victory, Dedication for Victory 1, Eyes That Glow in the Dark, Second Start 2, The Engine That Doesn’t Stop, Vengeance 1, Second Start 1, Last Chance – Stretch Runner, Comeback Chance 2, Comeback Chance 1." Since there are more than 500 skills in the game, the developers will look to gradually adjust more skills as time goes on.

Mobile Updates 

This latest version also comes with mobile-specific additions in order to provide a better experience for a wider range of devices. These include the introduction of resolution options and push notifications, so you’ll now be able to adjust the game to better suit your screen while receiving notifications on various game activities.
