NFT gaming studio QORPO has released a gameplay teaser for District 0, the metaverse of Citizen Conflict, an open-world hero shooter part of the CryptoCitizen free-to-play MMORPG.

Those who are in Singapore for the TOKEN2049 crypto event, which started yesterday and ends today, have been able to try out the third-person title over at the CryptoCitizen booth. Ahead of the event, the developers released a gameplay teaser showing us some of the detailed environments we’ll be able to explore and potentially shoot our way through either as a solo player or together with others.

There will be 3 different game modes for players to enjoy, including Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch and Battle Royale. Citizen Conflict is one of the games that will be playable in the Crypto Citizen metaverse.  The others include turn-based PVP and drag racing gameplay. The core cryptocurrency of this metaverse will be $CCASH, a governance token that will allow holders to vote on various important aspects of the ecosystem, while also using the token for staking, purchasing characters and more. There will be a variety of different hero characters for the third-person shooter, each of which are customizable with masks that provide various benefits, while leveling up will unlock various ranged and melee weapons.

According to the roadmap for Citizen Conflict, an alpha test is planned for Q4 this year, featuring the three previously mentioned game modes.
