Cradles: Infinite World, announced early last month as a new version of the prehistoric action RPG, is now set to officially go live this month with a host of new features and improvements that help deliver a better gameplay experience while allowing players to get more creative than ever before.
What’s Included in This New Update?
The upcoming major update brings in a new merchant, the option to turn CRDS into CRDS Ore, new monsters, new light armor, Revive Coins, numerous adjustments and the release of the World Editor.
Exchanging CRDS for CRDS Ore, New Merchant & Revive Coins

One of the new features coming soon is the ability to exchange CRDS for CRDS Ore on the game’s official website. Ore is used for buying various items in the Web3 title, and with a new merchant arriving in Curvitan City you’ll have the opportunity to buy a variety of rare items such as strong gear using CRDS Ore. Players will specifically be able to find this new merchant at the following coordinates: 693.1, 54.3, 549.5.
At this same merchant is where you will be able to find the new Revive Coins for the Black Zone. As the name implies, a Revive Coin will let you come back to life without losing most of your loot, making it a valuable item to bring with you should you want to avoid losing everything you’ve collected during your dangerous adventure.
Speaking of danger, the caves in which you can mine CRDS Ore are now more dangerous than ever before, so get ready to face off various monsters that now invade these previously safe mining spots.
A new set of light armor made from Ancient Dragonhide will also be purchasable from the CRDS Ore merchant, though there will also be detailed blueprints that can be used to craft them. Players looking for lightweight new gear that puts emphasis on having speed and agility will likely look forward to this new durable armor.
Next to the new exchange method, a new liquidity pool is also on its way: CRDS – USDT/ETH. According to the announcement, “the big reveal” of the liquidity pool address will take place on the game’s official Twitter/X profile.
New Monsters
The latest update introduces 4 new diverse monsters to battle in your journeys: Exile Archer, Alyssa Warrior, Grove Claimer, and Mecha Trex.

While the Exile Archer is a skilled long-range enemy with high accuracy, the Alyssa Warrior is a dangerous close-combat monsters that you’ll want to be properly equipped for before attacking. The Grove Claimer is described as being a strong but cunning enemy to deal with, capable of dispersing various tricks and traps that can catch you off guard. Last but not least is the technological Mecha Trex, a powerful mechanical monster that will take quite a lot of effort to defeat.
World Editor
The Cradles Infinite World Editor is an AI-driven tool that will allow players to create their own worlds in the Animoca-backed MMO. According to the update post, the team will review player-made worlds every 15 days to award creators of the “most fun and innovative worlds” with various prizes, encouraging players to design creative and engaging locations to explore. When the new version of the game was initially announced, it was revealed that players will be able to use more than 200 unique, AI-generated structures, and that there would be monthly town competitions rewarding diverse towns with CRDS tokens, but it’s unclear if these monthly events are still planned or replaced by the new 15-day method.
Adjustments
Once the update goes live, players will find that a variety of balancing changes have been made to a couple of items, monsters and systems. The changes have been made in order to maintain economic balance while providing players with a better gameplay experience.
Bow strength is said to have been fine-tuned for “better accuracy and impact” while the strength of all monsters seems to have been tweaked to deliver fairer but still challenging gameplay. That being said, the HP potion has been buffed to provide more health so that you stand a better chance of surviving the many intense battles you’ll face in your hunt for rare loot.
The amount of experienced needed to level up has been “smoothed out” to make player progression feel more rewarding than before, while equipment crafting has been improved to also feel more rewarding. Enchantments have been balanced to allow for “greater magical effects” while enchantment item output has been improved to give players better options. The output of equipment blueprints has been tweaked to “ensure a steady supply” while the equipment crafting material output has been optimized to enable better management of various resources.
