The developers of Chicken Derby have officially launched the Fusion system, allowing players who own chickens to fuse 2 of them together in order to get a stronger one featuring a combination of traits from the ones used in the process.

By heading to the Fusion page over on the game’s official website and logging in, you’ll be able to place 2 Material Chickens in Dr. Droob’s Fusion Machine, but you’ll also need 2 Fusion Serums in order to successfully start fusing. By using this system, players are able to create new chickens that include traits of the two fused ones, and since there’s an equal chance for every trait to be passed on, you won’t be able to exactly know what most of the traits the new chicken will get. However, you do have the option of locking 3 different traits that you want to be guaranteed to be passed on to the new chicken before commencing the process. Since traits are divided into 3 different categories though, you may not be able to lock in all the traits that you want, as you have the option to pick only 1 trait per group.

While the system came out on April 11th, the sale for Fusion Serums will actually start today, April 12th at 8 PM EDT. The sale will include a supply of 47050 NFTs at 0.0033 WETH per Serum and will take place on the Polygon network, lasting only 24 hours.
