The Season 8 update for ChainZ Arena, an idle RPG part of the MOBOX ecosystem, was recently released.

For this new season, there are 20 new heroes, the same amount of which was added in the previous Season 7. These new heroes are spread across 5 different groups of light and dark heroes featuring both epic and legendary hero types – specifically, 10 legendary heroes and 10 epic heroes. Alongside the addition of new heroes for players to use in various battles, the skills of 5 legendary heroes have also been adjusted. The patch notes also state that the Brawl Island, which is expected to launch during this season, requires players to stake the core token of the MOBOX platform, $MBOX, in order to play it.

ChainZ Arena is a free-to-play 2D idle RPG on the MOBOX gaming platform, which runs on the BNB Chain. Players form a team of heroes and take on PvE missions as well as create their own team formation to battle other players in the arena. 

MOBOX combines DeFi and NFTs to create a free-to-play, play-to-earn decentralized community-driven platform with the governance $MBOX token at the core of the ecosystem. It has its own metaverse called MOMOverse, which had an update last month that introduced daily tasks.
