Play-and-earn MetaFi platform BurgerCities has launched the 2024 S1 Season with 3 different leaderboards for players to compete in for a total reward pool of 300k $BURGER.

Season Info

The season started on March 7th at 2 AM UTC and is divided into 3 different leaderboards, of which have a reward pool of 100k $BURGER: Tower Challenge, Equip Manufacturing, and Hero Power. According to the announcement, this season lasts for 3 months + 6 days, with a 3-day break between every month. By participating in the aforementioned leaderboards, you’re actually taking part in monthly and quarterly leaderboards as well, earning points through gameplay.

Tower Challenge

For this leaderboard, players set up a hero lineup where all heroes have a minimum loyalty level of 45% in order to be eligible to embark on tower battles, attempting to clear as many levels as you can to earn more points. The top 200 on the quarterly leaderboard will be distributed a share of the 100k $BURGER prize pool.

Equip Manufacturing

As the name may imply, the goal of this leaderboard is to manufacture as much equipment as you can in order to earn equipment points for a chance at ranking in the top 300 on the quarterly leaderboard who will be awarded with a piece of a 100k $BURGER prize pool. The amount of points you can get from creating equipment depends on the element, quality, random attribute entries and random attribute range, so crafting stronger equipment is rewarded with more points. Even if the manufacturing process fails, you can still get some points for your efforts.

Hero Power

Last but not least is the Hero Power leaderboard, where players gain ranking points based on the total combat power of 5 heroes with the highest combat power alongside the war machine which adds points to each hero. At 4 AM UTC, the game will convert power into points automatically every day, based on “the hero’s loyalty multiplied by its power points. The longer you own a certain hero, the higher its loyalty, meaning that if you transfer a hero, their loyalty will reset. A reward pool of 100k $BURGER is up for grabs for the top 200 players.
